LevelFive FERRARI FORGES AHEAD FOLLOWING TRYING WEEKEND AT

Overland Park, Kan. (July 20, 2008) - The cachet of the Ferrari name and the excitement of race day, drew more than 20,000 spectators to Circuit Mont Tremblant's La Festival Ferrari in Mont Tremblant, Quebec this past weekend.

With more than 400 exotic Ferrari's in the dedicated park, fans and drivers came to celebrate the Ferrari's heritage, with an action-packed weekend comprised of races, displays and memorabilia exhibitions.

The weekend started out strong for the levelfive team on Saturday with a strong showing on the 2.65 mile road course. Scott Tucker's No. 55 Level Five F430 jumped ahead of the pack leading the first two laps in the race; eventually finishing fourth in that event behind race winner, Patrice Brisebois.

The team took that momentum into Sunday's race with a rocket-ship-like car as Tucker sat in the pole position. The No. 55 F430 displayed its usual dominance by leading the first 20 laps of the race. However, things went south for the Kansan on lap 21 when he and fellow competitor Mark McKenze, of the No. 27 car were recieved a "Stop And Go" penalty for avoidable contact on track. Both drivers were penalized one minute and then permitted to resume racing, but with the race near completion, there wasn't enough time for the levelfive team to make its way back through the field, resulting in a disappointing 22nd place finish.

Tucker is familiar with the challenges that may be faced on the track. "Every race of every season is going to present itself with ups and downs at one point. You start off strong and you may finish last or vice versa, that's just how it goes. This car has proven it can be dominant, I just wish I could have delivered better results for the team."

Team Manager David Stone knows that the Level Five Ferrari is capable of finishing the season strong. "With Scott's determination and our team's hard work, this car will get back on the podium. Our goal is to stay in the Top 5 for the season championship and finish the season head strong."

Following this race, Tucker now sits in the number five position in the series championship points race, 70 points behind points leader, Roberto Fata.
