SUPERCAR LIFE RACING ROLEX 24 UPDATE

Scott Tucker, Christophe Bouchut, Raphael Matos and Ed Zabinski keep the wheels turning in the No. 55 Daytona Prototype

Overland Park, Kan. (January 24, 2009) After the first three hours of the 2009 Rolex 24 At Daytona, the team of Supercar Life Level 5 Motorsports, currently sits in the #12 postion, with 2008 Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona GT winner, Raphael Matos behind the wheel of the No. 55 Supercar Life Level 5 Motorsports BMW Riley Daytona Prototype.

1995 24 Hours At Daytona champion, Bouchut, took the first stint in today's race, taking his place on the starting grid in the #8 spot. Turning in a fastest lap time of 1:43.572 on Lap 4, Bouchut moved up two positions, quickly taking the #6 position. No cautions were thrown out during the first hour of the Rolex 24, making it a clean field for all.

Lap 32-64, Tucker was next to drive in the No. 55 Daytona Prototype. Keeping the car nice and composed Tucker drove through the field amongst drivers Andy Wallace and Memo Gidley of Childress-Howard Motorsports and Doran Racing.
