TUCKER LOOKS FOR SUCCESS IN 2009 FERRARI CHALLENGE SERIES

Season opens at Miami-Homestead Speedway with Race 1 March 21st

Overland Park, Kan. (March 20, 2009) - The dawn of the new season couldn't come soon enough for an eager Ferrari Challenge Series driver, Scott Tucker.

Running an impressive 2008 campaign in his Ferrari F430, the team wrapped up its season in memorable fashion taking a pole and back-to-back wins at the Ferrari World Finals in Mugello, Italy. Tucker ended the season championship standings in second position, just 12 points behind driver Roberto Fata, the 2008 series title champion.

"2008 was an incredible year, and now with the first race of the season quickly approaching we are ready to get back on track. Everyone's expectations are high," said Scott Tucker. "That's what makes the first race so great; everyone has a chance at the championship. Drivers are rejuvenated from the break, everything is fresh and teams are optimistic."

As fast cars and track come together March 21st, the checkered flag will fly high once again near the beaches of Miami. The 2.21-mile road course is all too familiar with the series top contenders. The 2009 season looks to be even more exciting as drivers Tucker, Mike Zoi, Mark McKenzie along with 1990's Formula Atlantics sensation Zak Brown, 2008 rookie standout Henri Richard , Canadian, John Farano and many others attempt to wrestle the series crown from 2008 series champion, Roberto Fata.

Tucker and his No. 55 Ferrari F430 have a new primary sponsor on board for their 2009 campaign-Supercar Life. As a leading brand in the motorsports industry, Supercar Life gives motorsports enthusiasts the opportunity to spend an entire day behind the wheel of a Ferrari F430, Lamborghini Gallardo, Aston Martin DB9, Mercedes CLK63 AMG Black Series and a Porsche Turbo 997.

"I am thrilled to have Supercar Life on board for the full 2009 season. We've put a lot of preparation into this car and I am proud to be able to represent the company on the track. With a great sponsor on board and team behind me, this team and this car are sure to see success," said Tucker.

Not only a sponsor for the No. 55 Ferrari F430, Supercar Life also serves as the primary sponsor for the No. 55 Supercar Life BMW Riley Daytona Prototype in the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series. The DP has already seen great success this season, finishing in ninth place at the famed Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona race. With team members Tucker, Christophe Bouchut, Raphael Matos and Zabinski all on board, the team completed a total of 665 laps driving an average speed of 98.515mph for the endurance race. The team ran the sixth fastest average time throughout the entire race, only 0.25 seconds away from being third quickest overall.

Back in October during the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16 October Test Days, the team broke an unofficial circuit record of 1:39.9 at Daytona International Speedway. Grand-Am officials announced that Bouchut's speed was unofficially better than the existing track record for the Daytona Prototype class. Proving once again that it would be one to watch, the No. 55 headed to the front of the class during January's "Roar Before the Rolex" Test Days, taking the fastest lap time of 1:41.884 (125.790 mph).

The 2009 Ferrari Challenge North America Series will open its season Saturday, March 21 with Race 1 at 2:00 p.m. EST. Race 2 will follow on Sunday, March 22 at 2:00 p.m. EST.
